A Migrant Worker's 700 Mile Evangelism Journey

A Migrant Worker's 700 Mile Evangelism Journey

For those willing to keep their hands to the plow, COVID-19 and the ensuing lockdowns are opening doors of opportunity to spread the gospel to new people and places. Consider Rohit*, a migrant worker laboring in one of the most populous cities in South Asia. One of over 40 million such migrant workers in his home country, Rohit had already beaten the odds…
Here and There

Here and There

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, three of our missionary families from a partner church in Oklahoma had to leave their homes in Asia and return to the US. They were heartbroken to have to leave their communities abroad, but in the midst of all the changes and uncertainty, God has continued working through them in amazing ways. Each family has…
Transformation of an Idol Worshiper

Transformation of an Idol Worshiper

Arvind* was a priest who led others in the worship of idols for many years. But at the beginning of 2020, he heard the gospel, repented, and was baptized. He immediately began to share his newfound faith, leading others to Jesus and baptizing them as well. The team praised God…
Bread of Life Ministry

Bread of Life Ministry

The COVID-19 pandemic exacerbated what were already difficult times in Venezuela. Millions had fled the country in recent years, searching for hope and a better life elsewhere. Then, when the pandemic hit, the whole country went on lockdown. An old friend and partner of e3, Carlos*, happened to be traveling through Venezuela at the time…

Seventeen Days

When the COVID-19 virus hit South Asia, like other areas across the world, businesses closed, schools shut down and public buildings locked their doors. This caused fear, anxiety, and complications throughout the region, but it also caused many to experience hope and love like they never had before. This is the story of how that happened.
Faith in the Face of Persecution

Faith in the Face of Persecution

Dahlia* is a Christian like you and me, but where she lives, in South Asia, Christianity is not okay. For her, participating in worship and Bible studies is dangerous, persecution is normal, and putting her faith in Christ means putting her earthly life at risk.

Recently, Dahlia was caught studying her Bible by others in her village…

Hello and thank you so much for taking the time to prayerfully consider joining our Ministry Support Team!

It is truly a privilege to be called into full-time ministry, and we are so humbled and excited to be playing a small role in everything the Lord is doing across Asia! We know this role is aligned with our giftings and exactly where the Lord designed us to be. May we be steadfast and obedient in our mission to see no place left in Asia where the Gospel of Jesus Christ has not yet reached.

In effort to see no place left Asia, we have stepped into a role serving as the primary stateside support for some of the largest church planting movements across all of Asia. A ministry producing over 2,500 Gospel shares, 35 baptisms, and 25 new churches started each day requires a substantial amount of leadership development, training, and tracking work. As the stateside support, we specialize in tasks such as organizing and facilitating overseas regional training summits, implementing high-level strategy initiatives, and leading multifaceted research teams in tracking, verifying, and analyzing complex church networks.

Being a 100% donor funded position with this role demanding full-time involvement, we are actively assembling a team of committed people to come alongside us in prayer and financial support. With a team of 80 to 90 people giving an average gift of $100 to $200 a month, we could adequately provide for our practical needs, ministry trips and expenses, and any unexpected financial emergencies. Our goal is to have successfully assembled this team before our baby girl arrives at the beginning of June!

We hope you prayerfully consider joining our ministry support team. (All gifts are 100% tax deductible.) If you would like to take that next step, simply click the “Donate to this Fundraiser” button above to set up your financial giving account!

You can also follow along with us in our journey by subscribing to our newsletter at: the-altman-family.epistle.today/ This can be received daily, weekly (default) or monthly (recommended)!

We would like to thank you in advance for your prayers, support, and loving generosity! God Bless!
