This summer God opened the door for me to go on a short term mission trip to Ethiopia. I will be going with E3 Partners and a group of young adults from my home church Watermark Community Church.
We will partner with the Ethiopian Christians who will be traveling to remote, unreached villages with the purpose of sharing the Gospel, and working to ensure that every community has access to a local Christian Church. After our departure, E3 country staff follow up with those who have made a profession of faith and work to establish new churches in these villages. With numerous trips spanning back to the summer of 2009, E3 and watermark have witnessed thousands of Ethiopians receive the hope of Christ and church plants grow in influence in their areas.
Through prayer and thoughtful consideration I know this is where God has called me to spend my time serving others this summer. With previous experience serving overseas and domestically here in Dallas, TX. I am excited to see God continue to move in the lives of the Ethiopians and strengthen mine & team members faith in the process as we go.
As I prepare for this trip over the next couple of months, I would be honored for you to join me in prayer and support! The total amount of my trip will cost approximately $3,900, to be paid in the coming weeks. This will go towards transportation, logging, ministry materials, etc. While I will be personally contributing funds to finance this trip, any financial contribution I am truly grateful for.
