Ghana is a small nation of cocoa farmers and foresters speaking over 80 languages. In recent years, its government has become increasingly stabilized and a model for other nations in the region.

With religious freedom established in 1992, ministries are actively translating the Bible into native languages and reaching new people groups. Meanwhile, local churches are realizing the need to prioritize evangelism in their lives.  However, 19 separate people groups remain unreached, totaling 1.4 million people.

e3 Partners is working to ensure that a thriving local church exists in every community throughout Ghana. We are equipping existing believers and training local pastors to identify unreached communities and share the Gospel effectively. As people come to faith in Christ, we are establishing small groups that help them take the next steps in their spiritual growth and serve as the seeds for new churches.

CHOOSE JOY:

At the end of the day, when you really boil it down, what is the whole point of this life? What's the culmination of all things? I believe it is to find all of our joy in Jesus Christ. Therefore every thing we do must be done with that as our aim and simultaneously our compelling fuel to accomplish all things.

But joy like many things is a choice! Jesus is the abundant source of all joy that we will ever need and in His compassion will generously give, but we must consciously walk in it. We must CHOOSE JOY on a daily basis. How? Without writing a novel, it is simply and ultimately found in the abiding of His written Word and prayer. As we abide in Him, obedience must follow.

My goal in all I do then is to encourage and build up others to also find and choose joy in Christ and in Him alone. That is the heart beat of my ministry, discipleship making, and church planting that I am a part of.

You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. (Psalm 16:11)

MY POSITION:

I am a supporter-funded missionary with e3 Partners. My official title is "Strategy Coordinator." This has a dual role, OR 2 sides of the same coin:

1- I focus on leadership development, disciple-making, & church planting here locally in Southern California. I currently work alongside 2 local churches in equipping local believers in embracing the Great Commission in their day-to-day life.

2- Parallel to that, I am doing the same exact work of discipleship making and church planting in the context of Mexico, specifically Baja CA, and Mexico City. As the Lord wills it, I frequent Baja CA every month, and Mexico City every 4 months accomplishing the same work alongside my national partners Luis (Mexico City) & Gilberto (Baja CA). 

The bridge between these 2 roles is short term missions. Whether on my own accord, or recruiting / equipping a team, I do my best to accomplish the Lords will in CA and Mexico while bringing others alongside me. Hopefully one day launching people to the unreached!

But in order to be freed up to do this position full time & effectively, it involves me fundraising for my income & building a team of monthly financial partnerships that want to get behind my vision.
