With roughly 4% of the world’s trade passing through Panama every year, the country is blessed with one of the most advanced infrastructures in Latin America. In terms of wildlife, it is also the most diverse country in the region.

In recent years, the people have become increasingly interested in spiritual matters and more responsive to the Gospel as a result. Since 1970, evangelicals have grown from just 5% of the population to 20% in 2010.  Still, much work remains to be done.

e3 Partners is working to ensure that a thriving local church exists in every community throughout Panama. We are equipping existing believers and training local pastors to identify unreached communities and share the Gospel effectively. Hi my name is Lydia and I’m from Fort Wayne, Indiana. I quit my corporate job of 6 ½ years and sold my belongings to move to Barcelona, Spain in February 2022 after praying about wanting more from life and to know Jesus more deeply. While in Spain, I have partnered for a year and a half with a house church in the heart of Barcelona and have learned how to multiply disciples and churches through the biblical principles in the book of Acts. After nearly two years in Spain I felt the Lord clearly calling me to join e3 Partners Ministry as a full-time missionary.

Barcelona is located in the Catalonia area and has had a history of forced religion resulting in radical secularism. Only 1% of people identify as Christians with a personal relationship with Jesus. Barcelona population is made up of 23.6% foreigners from 177+ different countries. A vast majority of the countries represented in Barcelona don’t have access or haven’t even heard the gospel or know a Christian.

I am actively working to reach the unreached in Barcelona. I feel called to help non-believers experience Christ for the first time, and to gather these individuals into new church communities that can multiply themselves over time, maximizing the number of people we can collectively reach for the Kingdom.
