Scott joined e3 Partners in 2018 where he first served as EVP of Operations. In 2021 he was promoted to President and now manages the daily operations of the ministry globally. Prior to coming to e3, Scott and his family spent two years as missionaries in India. He also has experience starting and growing businesses and planting churches both domestically and abroad. Scott has a degree in Christian Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife Emily have three girls.

Claudia Adame has been an integral part of e3 Partners since 1997. Most recently she served as the EVP of Mission Support, and now manages e3’s Hispanic ministry as EVP of Hispanic Global Mobilization. Throughout her ministry at e3 Partners, she has led over 80 strategic short-term mission teams to Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Claudia is a graduate of St. Mary’s University and holds a master’s degree from Dallas Baptist University. Her life verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.”

Don Waybright
EVP of Partnerships

Don Waybright joined e3 as EVP of Partnerships in 2023. He is responsible for blending field strategy and donor development, which includes connecting national partners with key investors, sharing the e3 story, and nurturing field staff. Prior to joining e3, Don played strategic leadership roles relating to missions for 22 years. He was VP of Global Strategy at Reach the Rest, Pastor of Missions at Sugar Creek Baptist Church, and Pastor of Missions at First Baptist Church Broken Arrow. Don holds a master’s degree in global leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management from John Brown University.

Joshua has served with e3 Partners since November 2018. His passion is to see the North American church embrace the core missionary task, and his 20 years of pastoring, planting, and leading the local church has given him a heart to see this vision come to pass. Joshua has a Bachelor’s degree in Religion from Liberty University and a Master’s degree in Apologetics from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his high school sweetheart since 2003, and they have six children.
John Wooldridge

John has served with e3 Partners since November 2021. Prior to joining e3, he worked in public accounting performing auditing and tax work. It was during this time that current e3 staff members came to his church to train in Gospel conversations and disciple-making strategies. Through this, the Lord gave John a new life desire to see believers equipped and the Gospel go to the ends of the earth. John has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is a CPA. He and his wife, Taylor, got married in 2022.
David Kaufmann
VP of Mobilization

David Kaufmann has served e3 Partners in varying capacities for over 15 years. Today, David oversees the operations of Mobilization, helping to fulfill our vision to establish and send 1,000 new missionaries into the harvest. Prior to joining e3, David helped start a church-planting network in Nashville, TN. David is a graduate of the University of Alabama-Huntsville with a degree in Business Management. David and his wife, Rebekah, have four children and three grandchildren.

Brad has served e3 Partners as the VP of Marketing and Communications since 2019. Prior to coming to e3 he managed marketing organizations for corporations such as Philips Electronics, NCR Corporation, and most recently served as Director of International Marketing for the retail division of Toshiba. Brad is a graduate of Baylor University. He and his wife Suzie have three children and six grandchildren.

John Humphrey joined e3 Partners in 2008 to manage the launch of I Am Second. Today John oversees the operations of I Am Second as well as strategic media projects for the e3 Partners organization. Prior to joining e3, John produced projects for companies such as Lorimar and ProServ, and for various non-profits. John is a graduate of Wake Forest, and holds master’s degrees from Ohio University and UT-Dallas. John and his wife, Kathleen have two grown daughters and a granddaughter.

Rick joined e3 Partners in 2022 as the VP of Development. Prior to coming to e3 he served as the Area Director for Mission Increase North Texas. He has also served as the Executive Vice President of NCF North Texas, and as the SVP of Development at CURE International. Rick has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Gordon College. He and his wife Sherrie have three children.
