Pre-Event Training

You want to start your journey with a key group of leaders from the church/ministry for a series of meetings ahead of the actual Gospel Conversation Training Event.

WEEK ONE

Our aim is to empower local churches to equip and deploy faithful believers who will carry out this vision until the mission is finished. During this meeting, we look back, look up, and look forward. Resources for Week One are listed below.

WEEK TWO

Once the aim is established, you’ll need to lay out how this can be accomplished. It is key to show in Scripture how Jesus modeled mission for us. Our aim is to see every believer equipped with tools to walk this path.

Depending upon time before the training, the guide should now turn their attention to rolling out some of the tools that will be covered in the training event. Focus should be placed on modeling the 3/3rds format for participants to gain confidence to lead post-training simple churches.

WEEK FOUR

You are helping the participants understand what to do with a new disciple.  In order to do that we must answer 2 questions: 

How should we use our time?
Model and explain the 3/3rds process by and use the first command “Repent and Believe”.
