Mark*, one of e3’s Strategy Coordinators in the Middle East, recently encountered a Muslim woman named Samhira*. She had been struggling with depression and self-harm.

Samhira had heard stories about Jesus recently, but nothing came of it. Then one night she was in her room about to cut herself.

“All of a sudden she saw a glowing figure in the corner of her room,” Mark said. “She knew right away that it was Jesus. The figure came up to her and told her to stop hurting herself and follow the Way.”

Samhira sought out believers from Mark’s team to explain the vision to her, and she came to faith in Christ as a result. She stopped harming herself, began to be discipled, and recently was baptized. Since then, Samhira has led seven other people to the Lord!

This is one of many stories we have heard from our partners in the Global East about Muslims coming to follow Christ after having dreams or visions of Him. That’s one reason we and those partners have launched the Dream Team, a campaign aimed at building a team of Westerners who will pray each morning for Muslims to have dreams of Jesus at night and get connected to believers who can share the Gospel with them and disciple them.

If you’d like to join us in praying for more Muslims to have dreams of Jesus, you can learn more and commit to pray here: https://e3partners.org/dreamteam/.
