As I sit here reflecting on all that God has done in my life in the last year or so since last summer, I'm just in awe of how great our God is! Even in the midst of life's hardest moments and great unknowns, I have learned that He can be trusted in everything and with every part of our lives!
I can't even begin to describe the impact that going to Ethiopia last year had on my life! I saw God move in ways I never have before! I saw firsthand how big God is and how intentional He is. He is pursuing hearts all over the world! Many of you played a huge part last year through your prayer and donations and for that, I am so thankful!
After a lot of prayer and reflection, I am blessed to say God is calling me back to Ethiopia this summer! He has given me a heart to share the hope that I have with people from all nations. Just as Jesus said to his disciples in Matthew 28:18-20, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."
This summer 2024, I will be going on a short-term mission trip to Ethiopia with e3 Partners Ministry and Watermark Community Church. We will partner with Ethiopian Christians in order to help fulfill e3 Ethiopia's vision of planting churches within the unreached people there! We plan to build relationships and share Christ with Ethiopians who have never heard the name of Jesus before!
As I prepare for my trip, I want to ask if you would join me in prayer over our team for safety against the spiritual battles ahead and for God to use us. Please pray I am well equipped for the life change that will happen not only in the Ethiopian people, but in myself as well.
I would also like to ask you to prayerfully consider supporting me in this project by helping to cover part of the cost of the trip. Funds raised help to cover food, transportation, housing, translators and other necessities.
