Field Roles
Field roles lead our mission on-the-ground. Those in our field roles do this by leading thousands of Christians on short-term mission trips every year to over 40 countries. Each expedition carefully supports an ongoing field strategy that involves sharing the Gospel, training new believers, and seeking restoration in unreached communities. These roles generally require raising support, or as we call it Ministry Partner Development.
Field Support Center Roles
Field Support Center roles support the on-the-ground work of our field staff. Most of these positions are located at our Field Support Center in Plano, TX and the roles do not require raising support. Over the past 30 years, God has used e3 Partners to launch 104,000 churches and draw over 2.2 million people to himself. This would not be possible without our incredible Field Support Center team.
