Create a New Trip
New Trip Proposal Process – Teams and External Funding Only
- Click here to complete the Trip Proposal Request Form.
- Your trip-specific Proposal will be created and shared with you in Google Drive. You will receive an email message with the link and your new trip code. Once you have clicked to open the link, you will be able to find it in your Shared with me items in your Drive or access it by searching by the trip code.
- Complete the following tabs of the Proposal:
- Proposal
- COVID-19
- Budget Expenses
- Price Picker
- Pricing and Gifts (In the Price Type column, choose Free, Hard Cost, or Full Price to match your Target Team on the Proposal tab. The Price column will automatically populate from your Price Picker tab.)
- Check the Budget Summary tab to make sure the trip will cash flow with the budget and number of participants you set up.
- Once #3 is complete, go to the Approvals Tab of your Proposal to send to all approvers listed. They will give their approval on your proposal.
- After you receive all approvals, you are ready to add your trip to the e3 Partners website using Pure Charity. Click here to download the instructions to enter your trip. Please follow the instructions exactly.
- Click on the link below to enter your new CP trip.

I know God is doing something amazing in the world today and have seen some of it first hand!! I know that He is calling all believers to be His ambassadors - 2 Corinthians 5:17-21. He has shown this to me over the past few years by using me to start a couple of home-churches, to disciple others, to have me be a part of - and even now - lead a residency to help give others a game plan and/or tools for discipling others, and finally, by giving me the honor of sharing His Good News in the harvest fields!
I have always had a heart for overseas missions, especially Asia, and my heart has grown for the United States as well. I see the need for those to help others here see His plan to make disciples everywhere. My desire is for God to find people who do not want to just try and fit Jesus into their schedule, but want to surrender completely to His will in all His ways. A desire that these people will accept this same mission that He has given me - to make disciples and share the Good News to the ends of this Earth.
Now, through prayer, we know He has worked in my heart and is calling me into mission full-time with e3 Partners. e3 Partners is a global missions agency advancing the Gospel and establishing the Church in over 65 countries. I belong to a body of over 400 staff and 2,000 national partners sharing his Gospel among the nations.
