Strategy Coordinator
Overview
This Strategy Coordinator will work among Hindus across Southern India. The work will be split between NRM (traveling) around South India and urban work in Bangalore itself, mobilizing the church to the gaps across this region. This position will require raising support.

Bangalore is one the top 16 Alpha cities in Asia (3 in India – Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore). Located in southern India, Bangalore is one of the highest cities in India with pleasant climate. It is widely known as the “Silicon Valley of India” due to the high concentration of IT companies headquartered in the city.

There are already teams from other organizations on the ground running movement strategies.
Coaching
There are movement coaches available across Africa.
Urban/Rural
The job would be primarily focused on a 50/50 split between urban and rural work. The urban work constantly flows into and out of the rural areas, so it would likely involve day trips.
Language
The need for language is low to medium. There are several options for language learning.
Health
There are a number of international hospitals across the city that provide excellent healthcare.
Team
There are currently no e3 units on the field in Bangalore, so it would be best to come as a team.
Platform/Visa
Visa options are available for workers that require very little-to-no daily or weekly maintenance on the visa itself. However, Bangalore has been a challenging place to maintain. Units will need some fortitude to keep it working.
