- Identify who and how you can reach those lost in your area with the Gospel.
- Be equipped with the tools to effectively share your testimony and the Gospel.
- Have a clear plan for beginning discipleship with new believers and those seeking truth.
- Know the values from Acts 2 to model for a healthy church.

God is AMAZING and He is constantly keeping me on my toes. Thank you so much for all your prayers and continued support over the years as my family and I have worked the harvest fields of Rwanda. God is doing amazing things in the world today. Behind all the news headlines, he is working among people groups to draw all people to himself. Through the years, he has worked in my heart and is has called me deeper into the mission field.
e3 Partners is a global missions agency advancing the Gospel and establishing the Church in over 65 countries. I now have the honor of belonging to a body of over 400 staff and 2,000 national partners sharing his Gospel and establishing discipleship groups among the nations. I know, some of you may be asking, is she quitting her job? NO! I am still teaching and we are not moving. This is a part-time, volunteer position; I do not draw a salary. This opportunity is the next step in my obedience to what God has in store for me. My mission field is not only Rwanda. He has placed our family in the town of Troy Montana for a reason. To be His Light each and every day. I will be using the knowledge I gain from e3 to assist in transforming this community one life at a time.
