El cambio ha llegado. La situación del coronavirus nos ha obligado a salir de nuestras rutinas normales. No puedes ir a los edificios de tu iglesia los domingos por la mañana. No puedes reunirte en la cafetería local para estudiar la Biblia. Entonces, ¿Qué haces? ¿Cómo puedes mantener tus comunidades cristianas en estos tiempos inciertos? ¡Podemos ayudar!

e3 ha creado una estrategia de comunidad cristiana en línea a la que nos referimos como “Grupos Live Second en Español”. Estos grupos pueden ayudarte a mantener e incluso promover tu comunidad cristiana. Te brindamos contenido y entrenamiento para continuar creciendo como seguidores de Cristo en medio de la situación actual del coronavirus. ¡Y todo es GRATIS! Continúa aprendiendo de la Biblia, desarrollando fuertes disciplinas espirituales y manteniéndote atento a las necesidades de los que te rodean.

e3 utiliza tecnología de reunión virtual y un estudio bíblico de diálogo y descubrimiento basado en la obediencia conocido como “3/3s” para establecer los Grupos Live Second en vivo. Puedes obtener más información sobre 3/3 aquí. Si no estás seguro de cómo organizar reuniones en línea o cómo dirigir un estudio bíblico usando el patrón 3/3s, ¡no hay problema! Te guiaremos a través de cómo hacer todo. Tenemos docenas de entrenadores listos y ansiosos por servirte.

Cuando comienzas o te unes a Grupos Live Second en Español, te proporcionamos un “Plan de Juego de Live Second” que te guía a través del patrón de estudio bíblico de 3/3 y 10 semanas de historias bíblicas para estudiar. También te proporcionamos un coordinador GRATUITO que modelará cómo organizar y dirigir un grupo Live Second en vivo y te ayudará con cualquier otra cosa que puedas necesitar.

¿Quién debería ser parte de un grupo Live Second?

A quien invitar

Los líderes de grupo pueden comenzar con amigos y familiares. Si ya tienes grupos pequeños de la iglesia, ¡también puedes comenzar allí! Luego invita a otros de tu “Oikos” también. Piensa en las personas en tu esfera de influencia, aquellas cercanas a ti que están lejos de Dios. La gente está buscando esperanza en este momento. Están más abiertos al evangelio. ¡Invitarlos a tu Grupo Live Second en Español podría ser una excelente manera de compartir el amor y la esperanza de Cristo con ellos!

Como se mencionó anteriormente, el Plan de Juego de Live Second te guía a través de 10 semanas de historias bíblicas usando el patrón de estudio bíblico de 3/3s. A lo largo de las 10 semanas, aprenderás sobre muchos de los mandamientos que Cristo nos da como sus seguidores, y herramientas simples para ayudarte con esos mandamientos.      Our Mission is to Equip God’s people to Evangelize His world to Establish His Church!!!

      Equip: We equip the church to be on mission, to be active participants in God’s Great Commission calling. To achieve this, we train and equip Believers with simple, biblical and reproducible tools to proclaim the gospel and make disciples.

     Evangelize: Our goal is to communicate the gospel to every person on the planet. Why? Because it is God’s goal and vision for His people (Matthew 28:18-20). We do this internationally by partnering with national leaders and taking short term mission teams to train and model evangelism and discipleship. Churches in the US are also trained both for participation in short term trips but also to engage their local communities.

      Establish: Jesus said He would establish His Church and the gates of Hell would not prevail against it (Matt. 16:18). For this reason, e3 seeks to follow the patterns that Jesus modeled for us in Scripture. The best way to establish healthy, reproducing churches is to ensure the multiplication of disciples.


Ministry History
He was a lone pastor from Oklahoma with a simple, yet profound vision. In 1987, Mike Downey left the pastorate to create a small missions organization. It consisted of believers going into new cities, preaching the Gospel, and leaving behind new churches. Originally named Global Missions Fellowship (GMF), this new organization focused on making a lasting difference around the world by securing networks of local partners who lay the groundwork for short-term mission teams.
In 2005, Global Missions Fellowship became e3 Partners. Nearly 30 years later, we are serving over 50 countries, supported by a passionate team of 450 staff. Thousands of Christians are joining us on hundreds of expeditions every year to spread the Gospel and transform communities. Our mission is simple and our name says it all. We equip God’s people to evangelize His world and establish His Church. And we do this through critical partnerships.

What We Do:
  • Train churches in outreach, evangelism and disciple making/church planting strategies

  • Develop local/country strategies for the advancement of the gospel, disciple making and church planting

A Little About Us:


We were married on the island of St. Thomas in 2002, and live in Houston TX. We both enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, reading, cooking and photography.  Tony enjoys college football (Go Huskers!) and both college and high school wrestling. Lisa enjoys running, history and art. We have served with e3 since 2006. Having the opportunity to see much of the world has truly changed our perspective on life and fueled our passion for seeing the proclamation of the Gospel to the ends of the earth. Our desire is to see people transformed by the power of the Gospel, develop their identities in Christ (become a Christ-follower) and then be empowered to live the Christian life. While we have truly been blessed to have shared the Gospel of Jesus, make disciples and plant churches with e3 in the Middle East, South America, Asia and Africa, currently our main mission focus is Ireland as well as the US.

Our life verse:
Philippians 3:10 - My goal  is to know Him and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings.

We are working with e3's National Director, Andrew Clements, who lives in Kilkeel, N. Ireland, to start a church planting movement in all 32 counties across all of Ireland. Our vision is to achieve this by the year 2032, or 32 by 32.  A church planting movement consists of a church that plants six churches that multiplies to the fourth generation. A church planting movement in each county would consist of 25 churches per county or 800 churches total. With the DNA of multiplication in each church, we feel by the year 2032 we could say there is NoPlaceLeft to work in Ireland. We will work with local Irish leaders to raise up laborers by holding trainings, conferences and model our vision by leading short term mission teams to engage lostness with the Gospel, make disciples and plant health multiplying churches.

Partnership
We want to invite you to be part of what God is doing in this ministry.  We need your partnership and want you to prayerfully consider becoming a partner with us in the Great Commission.
There are three specific areas where you can get involved:
Pray:  Being a prayer partner may be one of the most important aspects of our ministry.  God is the Lord of the harvest and though the harvest is plentiful, the laborers are few.
Go: Join us as laborers in the harvest.  We invite you to “Go” with us on one of our mission trips.  You will be equipped with everything you need to proclaim the Gospel and make disciples.
Give: We are praying for monthly partners to help meet the financial needs of the ministry. Your partnership helps us pay for our family needs as well as ministry expenses and traveling. All donations are tax deductible.
