e3 Partners is working to ensure that a thriving local church exists in every community throughout Panama. We are equipping existing believers and training local pastors to identify unreached communities and share the Gospel effectively. As people come to faith in Christ, we are establishing small groups that help them take the next steps in their spiritual growth and serve as the seeds for new churches.
Strategy
We are currently serving the people of Panama with the following initiatives.
Church Planting
We are establishing local churches all over Panama that are reproducing at an exponential rate. You can play a role in a global church planting movement by reaching those who would otherwise never hear the Gospel. Imagine generations of new believers making Christ first in their lives because you answered the call to go.

Are you someone with a medical background or a compassionate individual who enjoys seeing lives improved? Join teams of doctors, nurses, dentists, and veterinarians spreading across the globe to meet basic health needs. Even if you aren’t from the medical field, you can help with HIV/AIDS awareness, Malaria prevention, and health education.

God is AMAZING and He is constantly keeping me on my toes. Thank you so much for all your prayers and continued support over the years as my family and I have worked the harvest fields of Rwanda. God is doing amazing things in the world today. Behind all the news headlines, he is working among people groups to draw all people to himself. Through the years, he has worked in my heart and is has called me deeper into the mission field.
e3 Partners is a global missions agency advancing the Gospel and establishing the Church in over 65 countries. I now have the honor of belonging to a body of over 400 staff and 2,000 national partners sharing his Gospel and establishing discipleship groups among the nations. I know, some of you may be asking, is she quitting her job? NO! I am still teaching and we are not moving. This is a part-time, volunteer position; I do not draw a salary. This opportunity is the next step in my obedience to what God has in store for me. My mission field is not only Rwanda. He has placed our family in the town of Troy Montana for a reason. To be His Light each and every day. I will be using the knowledge I gain from e3 to assist in transforming this community one life at a time.
