ADAPTING TO KINGDOM EXPANSION
God called me to join the team at e3 Partners in mid-2018 and what an adventure it has been. e3’s current President, Scott Cheatham, also joined the organization around the same time, straight off the mission field in India; we quickly became colleagues and friends. Together, we started to dream big about the future of the ministry and what God might accomplish through our obedience to the Great Commission.
In the years that followed, our senior leadership team began to observe a mind-boggling amount of Kingdom expansion taking place around the globe—beyond a level we ever thought possible. We collectively determined that Scott was uniquely poised to guide the organization into the future, with a heightened focus on the principles of growth, acceleration, and scalability.
That’s why I’m thrilled to announce that Scott will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2023. At that time, I’ll transition to the role of Chairman of the Board. With this change, Scott and I remain ever committed to the mission and we look forward to our partnership with you as we head into the next fiscal year.

Get a behind-the-scenes look at e3’s recurring short-term mission trips to the southern border of Texas, where migrant families are arriving by the thousands in search of a better life. Discover how an e3 Gospel presentation in December led to not one—but two!—migrant weddings.
Seeing Clearly for the First Time
In Q4 2022, e3 Medical led a short-term mission trip to Barranquilla, Colombia. There, our staff met a local woman named Eunice, who was unaware of her poor vision. Find out what happened when Eunice was fitted with eyeglasses for the very first time, and how it opened the door to a life-changing Gospel conversation.

Celebrating One Year of Made to Multiply
At the beginning of 2022, e3 Partners launched this five-year initiative with a God-sized goal: to see the body of Christ collectively train 1 million believers in North America to share their faith and make disciples. In just 12 months, Made to Multiply evangelism training and community outreach swept major cities across 24 U.S. states and counting!
Q4 Spotlight
EVANGELISM MADE SIMPLE
According to a recent study, the majority of non-churchgoers say they would attend church at Christmastime—if someone they knew invited them. In response, e3 Partners Ministry created a special offer for our donors and email subscribers: a downloadable Christmas card containing an invitation to church, which could be shared with neighbors, friends, and loved ones.
We’re pleased to share that 1,054 e3 supporters accessed this complimentary offer during Q4 2022! Participants will also receive follow-up information about evangelism training opportunities taking place in 2023.

Chasing Hope
What drives you? Success, money, love, family, health, happiness, hope?
That very question raced through Don Wickstrum’s mind as he faced life’s crossroads. He was successfully winning as an entrepreneur, pastor and family man. But everything came to a screeching halt when he received an unexpected diagnosis. Refusing to let cancer steal his hope, Don vows to live life to the fullest by chasing his childhood dream of racing.
In November, we had the exciting opportunity to share Don’s story of perseverance with our I Am Second community as a mini documentary. Now, we’re teaming up with his ministry to spread the hope of Jesus at Pikes Peak in June 2023.
