Singpho People Group
THE SINGPHO PEOPLE GROUP HAS A POPULATION OF ABOUT 3,100. They live in Northeast India, within the state of Assam. Their primary religion is Buddhism and most of them have never heard the message of the gospel. Our mission is to spread the love of Jesus and raise up disciples, churches and Christian leaders, until there are worshiping groups in all the villages, communities and localities of the Singpho people.
What’s it going to take?
We have national partners ready to engage the Singpho people with the message of the Gospel, but they need resources for travel, trainings, Bibles and other materials.
Total Cost = $36,000 ($12,000/yr for 3 years)

Our Strategy
e3 Partners uses a strategy known as 4 Fields. It follows the examples set by Jesus and Paul throughout the Gospels and Acts of sharing the gospel, discipling believers, starting churches and building up more leaders.
Training Roll-Out
There are 3 phases we go through to spread the gospel throughout an unreached people group (UPG).
- Phase 1: Gospel Conversations Training and Harvesting
- Phase 2: 4 Fields Intensive Trainings
- Phase 3: Mid-Levels, Foundations (Pastoral Training) and Confessions (Doctrine Training)
Reports
e3 will provide you with quarterly reports of the work happening among the people group you choose to adopt. These reports will include data of things like number of gospel presentations, number of churches planted, etc. as well as specific stories of the work God is doing among the people group you’ve adopted.

Five years ago, we never would have dreamed we would be so involved in missions! However, the Lord called Richard to serve in short-term missions and planted a love for South America in his heart. Richard’s background in engineering, project management, his natural organizational and relational skills were all brought into play as he serves as E3 Strategy Director for Argentina, and Paraguay. This year Richard was asked to also serve as Strategy Director for Bolivia.
In addition to leading and coordinating medical initiatives, Ann also serves as Richard’s frequent translator, allowing him insight as we meet with individuals in South America.
The Lord has blessed us richly as we continue to work part-time and will soon be able to retire from our careers in order to commit more time to the ministry. Therefore, as we ask for your support, we can assure you that 100% of donated funds will go directly into ministry towards others, and not to our living expenses.
As we travel, meet, and work with pastors and leaders in Argentina, Paraguay, and Bolivia, we are continuously impacted by the physical and spiritual needs we see. We are greatly challenged by the sacrifice we witness, on behalf of our brothers and sisters who have so little, in order to meet the needs of those who have less, so that they might minister spiritually to them.
