We want to help people learn easy ways to share the hope and love of Christ with their neighbors in the midst of this crisis. People are searching for hope right now, and as Christians, we have an opportunity to share the one true source of hope with them. This series is meant to do just that — to share the hope of Jesus through looking at specific stories in the Bible.
“Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” — 1 Peter 3:15
The Content:
The Bible Stories of Hope series is a discovery Bible study on Jesus’ authority over all. Each week we’ll go through a story from the book of Luke highlighting Jesus, His love, His power, and ultimately the hope He gives us. We’ll discuss what the story teaches us, and how we should apply the lesson to our lives.
The Format:
Each session starts with a time of care, allowing each person to briefly share how they are doing. Then we move into a time of accountability where we follow up on the actions we challenged ourselves to do at the end of the previous week’s session (e.g. share the Bible story with someone else).
From there, we move into a time of studying — reading through a new Bible story and discussing the meaning and importance of the story. We answer questions from the text and then practice retelling the story so that we can build confidence in sharing it with others. Lastly, we close by thinking of someone in our sphere of influence we can share the story with in the coming days, and then we pray together.
The Series Leader:
e3 Partners’ own Troy Cooper will be leading us through the Bible Stories of Hope series.
Troy is the VP of Global City Strategy for e3. He and his family have a passion for spreading the gospel and equipping local believers to make disciples and plant churches. They live on mission among the 93% unchurched communities in southern California and serve in various other parts all over the world as well.

Carol Wilson's Staff Support
After serving with the Brazil Team for 8 years, God has recently called us to a new place of service in Germany, and we are excited about the outreach to Refugee populations who have been displaced by the political and economic turmoil that have ravaged their countries of origin.
Your gift will be used to meet ministry needs to help us serve on staff with e3 Partners.

Dear Family and Friends, God has been doing some amazing things in Germany over the past year! Both refugees and Europeans are seeking answers for the brokenness in our world- - through government, through religion, through achievement. However, we know that the answers to the brokenness in this world are only found through a person relationship with Jesus! As a result of your partnership, teams have gone out in and shared God's love and the hope we have in Him as a result of Jesus' sacrifice for us. Since you have been faithful supporters, I wanted to let you know about e3 Giving Day. What is Giving Day? e3 Partners Giving Day is an event from 6AM to midnight on Thursday, September 12th to help raise awareness and support for e3 staff. Every donation made to e3 that day earmarked for e3 staff accounts will be enhanced by $100,000 of bonus funds, meaning on September 12th, every dollar is worth more that $1! More people hearing the gospel. More churches planted. More baptisms. More ambassadors for Christ! So how can you be involved? 1. Mark September 12, 2019 on your calendar! 2. Help us spread the word! Forward this email to others. Share e3's posts on Facebook. Tell your friends and family. 3. Pray for e3 and for all the disciples around the world laboring to spread the hope and love of Christ. 4. On September 12, go online and make a donation by visiting: www.purecharity.com/cwilson Your generosity and prayers have had an immense impact for the Kingdom and on myself personally. I am grateful for you and your heart for the lost! If you choose to make a donation on September 12, it will be credited to my support account, along with a portion of the bonus funds. Thank you for your prayers and for considering being a part of e3 Giving Day! In Him, Carol
